Turkey Chili

2 1/2 to 3 lbs of ground turkey (recipe calls for 2 but I always add more to create more of a stew chili)

1 onion chopped

Sea salt to taste

1 bell pepper (you can use red, orange, yellow too or if not good for your blood type use other veggies like celery, carrots, broccoli, green beans, snap peas, peas and I would make a 2-3 cups mixture or as dense in veggies as you desire)

1 can of black beans (or substitute an acceptable for your blood type)

1 large can of diced tomatoes ( 32 ounces)

1 large can of Rotello Original Tomatoes

1 tsp cayenne pepper (you can add more if you want a kick and are using the higher amount of turkey)

Shredded mozzarella for the top

Brown rice crackers (if desired)


Brown the turkey and onion

Add a little sea salt to taste

Mix in the cayenne pepper and chili powder and stir well

Mix in the beans and bell pepper (along with any other veggies you are adding)

Add the tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes

Serve hot with some shredded mozzarella cheese and a few brown rice crackers
