The Four Steps to Better Health

The four steps to better health:

  1. The best way to better health is to give the body proper food choices. Start with increasing the amount of vegetables every day. Even bringing in one more serving a day is a start in the right direction for everyone.
  2. Next, work to reduce the amount of protein you have each day. If you reduce the size of your beef, poultry, or fish portions and continue to add more vegetables to your meals, this will help your body begin to shift the imbalance of pH.
  3. When people consume vegetables, they are often way over cooked and this reduces the amount of nutrition value available in them. Try cooking the vegetables less and start adding one serving of raw vegetables or fruit each day.
  4. Finally, reduce the amount of salt, tea, coffee, sugared drinks, and processed/packaged snack foods.
