Pineapple-Protein Power Packed Shake – (Three pattern shake)

8 Ounces of Blue Diamond Almond Milk Unsweetened Original (keep chilled even before you open it so it will be cold when you make the shake.

4 heaping TBSP’s of Dried Egg Whites – Click Here to place an order with me.

1 ½ cup of pineapple chunks (can buy frozen at Whole Foods) or use 3 carbohydrate choices of fruit mixed anyway you want.

1 tsp or olive oil or flaxseed oil if you prefer that instead

THE ABOVE 4 INGREDIENTS ARE THE BASE RECIPE. THE ITEMS BELOW CAN BE ADDED TO BOOST THE SHAKE’S DENSITY OR NUTRIENT VALUE.

1-3 TBSP or Oat bran or wheat germ (check your blood type to see what is acceptable)

You could also use some ground flaxseeds to increase the fiber content.

1 Scoop Ultra Fiber Plus

1 scoop BioCleanse Powder or Bio Cleanse Plus

1-2 tsp of L Glutamine powder

1-2 tsp of Intestinal Repair
