Eating To Reduce Inflammation And Support Brain Healing

  • Eat Highly Beneficial and Neutral foods for your Blood Type. The Avoids create undigested particles in your colon that can result in pain to the joints, bowel disruptions, headaches, skin eruptions, fatigue and body fat that won’t go away. Often referred to as “Leaky Gut Issues”.
  • Chew your foods well. Do not drink water with your meal. This assures the highest level of enzymes is available to assist you with digestion.
  • Use appropriate enzymes with your meals if your digestion is slow.
  • Take in good oil choices, a little fat at each meal tells your body, it is full and satisfied.
  • Some good fat/oil choices can be olive oil, nuts, seeds, nut butters, avocados, coconut milk/oil, high fat fish like Salmon (check your blood type for best selections)
  • Pineapple is a good anti-inflammatory food and when blended in a shake with the proper combination of protein, carbohydrates and fats it can be very soothing and stable
  • If you choose to eat something sugary put some protein with it to avoid the insulin spike effect
  • Add vegetables and greens to everything. Put in eggs, soups, tomato sauce, chili, stir-fry, with meals and add additional to salads or use as part of snack choices.
  • Soils are not as rich as they used to be so sometimes supplementing is necessary. Being able to test products so you only take what is appropriate for your body is important. We are like onions we peel layers and so what you need nutritionally changes by the season and the supplements needed shift as our bodies heal and shift. The BodyScan 2010 machine I use allows me to set up customized homeopathic/supplemental support for you.
